Perseverance
Project Highlight
Commercial - New Build
Located on a narrow parcel of land, the project was a difficult concept. With diligence and perseverance, the structure was developed (pictured upon completion).
At NAIOP Hawaii’s 20th Annual Kukulu Hale Awards, Waialae Hale won the New Project Award for Commercial/Other 40,000 SF or Less. IC Construction, Inc. was the general contractor.

New Builds and Renovation
Diamond Head Residence
IC Construction, Inc. performed the new build for the residence with materials sourced from locations like Bali.
Kahala Residence
Renovation of a beach-front property. Scope of work includes custom-order materials from Italy.
Waialae Iki Residence
Home renovation for a Waialae Iki residence. Structure based on concrete and steel.
Wilhelmina Rise Residence
Custom new build home, located at the top of Wilhelmina Rise. Construction work includes masonry and pool construction.

New Tenant Improvements and Renovations
Waialae Hale
Commercial project for a new walk-up apartment. Located in a difficult parcel of land adjacent to the H-1 freeway and across the Hawaiian Humane Society.
Trump International Hotel Waikiki
IC Construction, Inc. was a general contractor in a renovation project for a penthouse apartment located in Trump International Hotel Waikiki.
Koha Foods
Warehouse renovation for Koha Foods (wholesaler and food distributor). Contracted work also included construction of office space.

New Tenant Improvements and Renovations
Rinka Japanese Restaurant
Located on the ground floor of Ae‘o in Ward Village. IC Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for new tenant improvements.
SHABUYA Restaurant
New Tenant Improvement project. Located adjacent to the Mauka parking garage of Ala Moana Center, Mall Level 2.
Musubi Cafe Iyasume
New Tenant Improvement project.
Located in Mauka Wing of Ala Moana Center, Mall Level 2.
New tenant improvements for five restaurants located at the Waikiki Yokocho – Gourmet Alley — located below the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

Located at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), IC Construction, Inc. was the general contractor for new tenant improvements.
Musubi Cafe Iyasume
New Tenant Improvement project. Located in the Lanai Foodcourt at Ala Moana Center.
