Since 1999

The Beginning

IC Construction, Inc. has grown from humble beginnings. In 1999, Ivan Chong founded IC Construction, Inc. Ivan is President and Founder of IC Construction, Inc.

Local Ties and Experience

In addition to attending University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Ivan worked for local construction companies, developing his skills and knowledge. His experiences included work on the field, where he was supervising construction field supervisors, and as a General Manager, overseeing project estimation and coordination of numerous residential and commercial jobs.

Progress

IC Construction, Inc. is focused on delivering quality services. During our years of operation, we have expanded services beyond residential renovations to new builds, warehouses, and restaurants.

Ivan Chong

Ivan is the President and Founder of IC Construction, Inc. Ivan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Ivan has nearly 40 years of construction industry experience. Projects vary from commercial, residential, and industrial varieties.
Vice President

Stephanie Park, D.Arch.

Dr. Park received her Doctor of Architecture (D.Arch) degree from the University Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, School of Architecture. For smaller
projects, Dr. Park performed tasks related to planning and permitting.

Project Coordinator

Scott Yang

Scott manages schedules, coordinates on-site with employees, and tracks projects. He facilitates communication between team members, managers, and other leaders within the organization.

Blaise manages schedules, coordinates on-site with employees, and tracks projects. He facilitate communication between team members, managers, and other leaders within the organization.

Office Manager

Jessica Mutate

Jessica performs a variety of administrative tasks. She is responsible for coordinating daily office operations, performs payroll, and supports staff.
