Since 1999

The Beginning

IC Construction, Inc. has grown from humble beginnings. In 1999, Ivan Chong founded IC Construction, Inc. Ivan is President and Founder of IC Construction, Inc.

Local Ties and Experience

In addition to attending University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, Ivan worked for local construction companies, developing his skills and knowledge. His experiences included work on the field, where he was supervising construction field supervisors, and as a General Manager, overseeing project estimation and coordination of numerous residential and commercial jobs.

IC Construction, Inc. is focused on delivering quality services. During our years of operation, we have expanded services beyond residential renovations to new builds, warehouses, and restaurants.

Ivan Chong

Ivan is the President and Founder of IC Construction, Inc. Ivan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Ivan has 35+ years of construction industry experience: from residential to commercial projects.

Office Manager

Jessica Lee

Jessica is a dedicated employee with IC Construction, Inc. As the Office Manager, Jessica performs a variety of tasks, primarily regarding bookkeeping.

Project Coordinator

Nehemiah Miguel

Nehemiah began his career with IC Construction, Inc. in 2017. Nehemiah approaches his tasks with enthusiasm and positivity.

Administration/marketing

Jesselyn Chong

Jesselyn received her Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, Graziadio Business School. Jesselyn performs a myriad of tasks like project scheduling, compliance, and close-outs.

Architect - Consultant

Stephanie Park, D.Arch.

Dr. Park received her Doctor of Architecture (D.Arch) from the University Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, School of Architecture. For smaller projects, Dr. Park performed tasks related to planning and permitting.
